If you place your order by 1:00 pm local Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday through Friday your order will ship the same day. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday. *This excludes holidays*. In the event that your order is placed and the next business day falls on a holiday, we will ship out the order on the next business day after the observed holiday. We reach 50% of the population in 5-10 business days. The majority of the orders that we ship are received within 4-7 business days.

We ship our merchandise utilizing ground shippers that offer the best time in transit and lowest shipping zone charges for the zip code being delivered to. If your delivery zip code falls out of the 50% of the United States that we deliver to next day via standard ground service.

Our showroom is located at our Huntington Beach, California location. Inside our showroom you will be able to pickup merchandise, all orders need to be placed online before pickup. Our showroom is open from 10:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. The showroom is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

We have a no hassle/no questions asked return policy. We do not require authorization for returned merchandise. This means you will not have to hassle with acquiring a RMA number for a return from us.

Additionally, we have NO restocking fees or any other hidden costs.

If you receive your merchandise and decide FOR ANY REASON WITH IN 15 DAYS of receipt of the item(s) that you would like to return it you may do so with any carrier, of your choice - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Simply send a copy of your invoice along with the item number(s) that you do not want and the reason for the return to:

VAPETEK, Inc Liquitek eJuice mixing and bottling takes place in our U.S.A. facility in Orange County, California, that uses state-of-the-art automatic assembly and filling machines, and follows good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Our full-service facility formulates samples; fills by the use of sterile pumping systems; caps and labels bottles; packs bottles into trays or cartons; and cases and palletizes with the use of high speed automatic equipment. Each bottle and batch of bottles has a corresponding lot code number kept on file in order to provide the best in industry quality control.
